I’m a female longevity nutritional therapist because I believe we should feel ‘in our prime’ at every stage of life. And our lives shouldn’t be dictated by outdated social norms.
I had my first baby in my late forties and kept my vigour (and figure) throughout my menopause years. Like you, I live life on my own terms. And our menopause era shouldn’t be any different.
Of course, there’s a back story. What came before was career stress, utter exhaustion and a diet that matched my health: poor. Struggling to conceive was my wake-up call. I turned to nutrition and began using food as medicine.
