2) Scope of these terms

These Terms set out: (a) the Website Terms of Use; (b) Terms of Sale for Digital Content; and (c) Client Service Terms for consultations and testing. By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

3) Website Terms of Use

3.1 Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use our services and purchase from our site. If you are under 18, you need parental/guardian consent.

3.2 Acceptable use

You agree not to: (i) use the site for unlawful purposes; (ii) upload or transmit malware; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorised access; (iv) scrape or harvest data; (v) frame or mirror the site without permission.

3.3 Intellectual property

All content (text, graphics, logos, images, software, downloads, courses, programmes) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access the site and any purchased digital content for your own personal, non‑commercial use only.

3.4 Availability and links

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. External links are provided for convenience and are not endorsements; we are not responsible for third‑party content.

4) Health and medical disclaimer

Our services provide nutrition and lifestyle information only. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe, or adjust medications/HRT. Content and consultations are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your GP/specialist regarding any medical concerns, medications, pregnancy, or HRT decisions. If you experience urgent symptoms, call emergency services or seek immediate medical care.

5) Accounts

You may create an account to purchase or manage bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information.

6) Prices, payments and promotions

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without notice, but confirmed orders/bookings will not be affected. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Fees for services are payable upfront at booking unless stated otherwise. VAT will be charged where applicable. We may refuse or cancel orders where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable. Chargebacks or unpaid balances may result in suspension of access.

7) Terms of sale — digital content

7.1 Licence

Upon successful payment, you receive a single‑user licence to download or access the digital product for personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, or make the content available to others.

7.2 Delivery and access

Digital products are delivered by download/streaming during the period stated on the product page or your order confirmation. We may apply reasonable download limits and monitor for abuse.

7.3 Refunds and your right to cancel

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds. Under UK law, you normally have a 14‑day right to cancel a digital content purchase. However, by choosing immediate access/download you expressly consent to early delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14‑day cancellation right once access begins.

8) Client service terms — consultations and testing

8.1 What’s included

Service descriptions on the site set out what is included (e.g., consultation duration, analysis, personalised plan). Unless stated, services are delivered by video call (Zoom) and in English.

8.2 Bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

Changes within 24 hours of the appointment time incur a £50 fee.

Missed appointments/no‑shows are charged in full.

If we need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a new appointment time or a refund.

8.3 Testing kits and third‑party laboratories

We facilitate access to third‑party wellbeing tests (e.g., hormone or stool kits). Tests are for wellbeing information only and are not diagnostic.

You are responsible for following pre‑test instructions, sample collection, and return shipping within the required window.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to lab capacity, courier delays, or customs.

Kits are non‑refundable once dispatched and in all cases once used.

We interpret results to inform nutrition and lifestyle planning; this is not medical care and does not replace your GP/specialist.

8.4 Ongoing support

Unless you purchase a package including follow‑up, services conclude after your results session and delivery of your plan. You may upgrade to a longer programme as advertised on the site; any stated credits (e.g., £199 within 12 months) will be applied as described on the relevant service page.

9) Results and testimonials

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., weight loss, symptom resolution, fertility, performance). Individual results vary. Client testimonials reflect personal experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

10) Restrictions on use of content

You must not: (a) reproduce, distribute, publish, or share any course materials, plans, or downloads without permission; (b) remove copyright notices; (c) teach, train, or create derivative works based on our materials; (d) use automated tools to access or download content.

11) Complaints and ADR

We aim to resolve concerns quickly. Please email info@nataliyalanghorne.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may be able to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. We are not obliged to and do not currently subscribe to a specific ADR scheme, but will consider ADR in good faith where appropriate.

12) Accessibility

We are committed to accessible services. If you require reasonable adjustments (e.g., large‑print materials, captions, rescheduling), please let us know before your appointment.

13) Privacy and cookies

We respect your privacy. Please read our Privacy Notice to understand how we collect and use your personal data, and our Cookie Policy for information on cookies and how to manage your preferences. By using the site you consent to these policies.

14) Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, strikes, postal/courier delays, laboratory backlogs, internet or platform outages, power failure, or extreme weather.

15) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK consumer law. Subject to the foregoing, our total liability to you for any product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory rights are not affected.

16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, any licence to use digital content is revoked and you must cease use and delete copies.

17) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated Effective date. Please review periodically.

18) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts as required by law.
